Affair of Honor is a short feature adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s 1888 play, The Bear, restaging the one-act farce as a dramatic confrontation of gender roles in 19th century Russia.

Shot in Warsaw, Poland, with an international cast and crew, Affair of Honor features beautiful widescreen cinematography, impassioned performances, and a full orchestral soundtrack—bringing Chekhov’s play to vivid new life.
